Evan Renaerts has been working in Leadership/Management positions since 1990. With a vast array of experience leading teams & staff in the Non-Profit & Profit sector across several human service fields, Evan has been training, teaching and coaching leaders and staff over 20 years. Evan's deepest passion is to help people & teams gain knowledge, grow their skills and achieve their maximum potential. Evan believes, 'why' we do what we do and the 'way' we do what we do are important. It not only defines us but ultimately our contribution to everything we do. No person can ever achieve anything great or long-lasting all alone, so teamwork goes hand in hand with everything we do. Because life is about people-and for people, it's all about bringing out the best within each one of us. 

Our Training & Consulting is led by experienced leaders who have years of experience either in consulting/coaching and or in training. Depending on your needs, we will guide you through every step of the process, providing you with the knowledge, tools and skills you need for that particular Job or Task. Our workshop(s) provides practical training, allowing you to apply what you've learned in a real-world setting. This hands-on experience will give you the confidence you need to succeed in your career. Our consulting/coaching is all about 'putting feet' to the situations at hand.

We understand that everyone has different needs in learning, which is why we offer flexible learning options. You can attend our workshop in-person or virtual, depending on your preferences/needs.

We provide career support to all our workshop attendees, trying help you achieve your professional goals. Our trainers will provide you with advice, coaching and guidance to help you succeed your desired goals.

Attending our workshop(s) or getting one-on-one consulting is affordable and provides great value. You'll get access to training and/or experienced Leaders/Consultants or Coaches who will offer practical training, networking opportunities, and career support, all at a reasonable price. Most workshops come with a Certification of Completion. Many courses do require an element of testing.
