This course is designed to empower individuals with disabilities to understand and navigate healthy relationships and sexuality. Through a combination of education, skill-building, and open discussion, participants will develop the knowledge and confidence to make better  informed choices, set boundaries, and communicate their needs effectively.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand Sexuality: Develop a basic understanding of sexuality, gender, and sexual orientation.
• Set Healthy Boundaries: Learn how to establish and maintain personal boundaries.
• Communicate Effectively: Practice clear and assertive communication skills.
• Make Informed Choices: Develop decision-making skills related to relationships and sexual activity.
• Stay Safe: Learn strategies to protect themselves from abuse and exploitation.
• Access Support: Identify resources and support services around them.

(This course training is confidential and not for Family/Friends/Guardians as there is another course for training those wanting to support persons with disabilities on this topic)

This training consists of (3) 1.5 hr workshops and is done through Virtual Online Groups

PRICING:

$180 /Registration

This course is designed to equip guardians and workers to better support persons with disabilities with the knowledge and skills to understanding and navigating healthy relationships and sexuality. Participants will learn to create a safe and supportive environment, promote open communication, and address sensitive topics with empathy and respect. 

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the importance of sexuality and relationships for individuals with disabilities
• Identify common challenges and misconceptions related to disability and sexuality
• Develop effective communication strategies to discuss sensitive topics
• Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their sexuality
• Teach essential skills such as consent, boundaries, and self-advocacy

By providing a safe and inclusive learning environment, this course aims to empower Guardians/Support Staff with tools to support individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and healthy lives around sexuality.

This training consists of (2) 2 hr workshops and is done through Virtual Online Groups.

PRICING:

$160 /Registration 

We offer personalized guidance and support to individuals with disabilities and/or their guardians/support workers. Coaching sessions are designed to empower individuals to navigate the complexities of relationships, sexuality, and safety around intimacy in their lives. 

Through confidential and empathetic conversations, we help individuals develop essential communication skills, set healthy boundaries, and make informed choices. We also provide practical strategies for addressing challenges, accessing support services, and building strong, positive relationships. Whether you're seeking guidance on specific concerns or general support, we are committed to helping you achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life.

NOTE: Before one-to-one coaching is offered, the workshop training must be completed. All coaching is based at an hourly rate.
